    I'm stunned. I will never, ever deal with Sprint and if anyone ever asks me, I will refer them to this post. What a nightmare! I think it is well past time to contact The Better Business Bureau and I would say a lawyer as well, but that would cost you too much, unless you could find one that would do it pro bono.
    I admire your restraint. I'm not sure I could have been so polite.
    Please keep us informed as to how this situation develops.

    Do you still use Sprint?

    I just read through your saga and I feel bad that you had to work so hard to get that resolved. The main reason I feel bad is that I got an outrageous bill and was able to resolve it in about half an hour.

    I simply went to a website (www.myvalidas.com) that instantly analyzes wireles bills and generates an email that outlines the issues and you just send it to the carrier. I loved it and it saved me all the headache.

    Hi Nelson,
    I still use Sprint because I am still under contract. However, it ends December 7th, so I will probably go to another wireless carrier after that.

    Man, if there's anything that looks like a faint hint of a choice, I'd say switch.
    Any further word from Sprint or its minions?

    Luke, that sounds like a miracle worker of a website! I see that one can try them out for free: dud you end up joining them?

    I have a saga equal to or more horrifying then that! Sprint is the worst when it comes to resolving just customer service issues. Common sense 101 customer service applications would have eradicated the issue of Fraudulant charges against my account. The saga lasted over 7 months over 28 hours of my time on phone w/service reps and far too many service interuptions to count. I finally had enough of Sprint *%$# and left for another service provider. Now they are trying to collect and early termination fee from me! I did not have an active service agreement with them. It expired before I pulled my business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINT!!!!!!!!
